The attached top sheet will prevent your sheets from shifting around as you sleep. Depending on the type of waterbed you have, you can continue to use regular sheets as well.

You should always measure your waterbed mattress before purchasing any sheets as it will save you the trouble of returning them if they don’t fit properly. Just because the package says California king, it doesn’t mean the sheets will fit your California king waterbed in particular. Most waterbed sheets have a deep pocket in each of the four corners that will prevent your sheets from riding up while you sleep. This type of sheet will fit most waterbeds on the market today. If you can’t find sheets to fit your waterbed, then you can always have them custom made.

If you take care of your waterbed sheets they will last you for many years. Don’t wash your sheets in hot water as this will decrease the life span. The right sheets for your waterbed will have you sleeping in the lap of luxury.
